A*** to Mabika

Hi Mabika! My name is A***, and I’m fourteen years old. I’m so excited to get to know you! How are you doing?

I guess I’ll start by telling you a bit about myself! My favorite color is a mix of blue and purple, but it tends to change every day. What’s your favorite color? I also really like music, and I love to compose my own songs. My favorite artist is Taylor Swift, and I am going to see her concert soon! She inspires me when I write songs, especially her slower ones because that is what I usually write. I gave you some Taylor Swift stickers with this letter, and they are themed to some of my favorite songs. Aside from Taylor Swift, I like Ed Sheeran and any other pop genre artist. Who’s your favorite artist and genre of music? I am also a part of the Balladeers, which is my school’s singing group. We perform at many different places and are also going to Disneyland in Florida this year!

Another thing that I really enjoy is writing. I published a book called The Key Of Dawn last year with my publishing company, and it’s on Amazon! I was inspired by my favorite books: Harry Potter by JK Rowling and Aru Shah by Roshani Chokshi, which are why I started writing. Do you like to write? What are some of your favorite books? Some of my favorite subjects in school are Biology and English. Although I really like my Math and Spanish teachers, I am bad at the subjects and don't like them as much. My English teacher is amazing, and I have a lot of friends in that class. Growing up, I want to be a doctor, so I like Biology. Sadly, I have Math and Spanish test this week, so I am very scared for them. What are your favorite subjects?

I also enjoy going on roller coasters, especially at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania. Once, I went on the tallest roller coaster in the world: King Da Ka, at Six Flags. I was really scared, but when I finally decided to go, I realized it was super fun!
